What exactly is the “Gold Standard”?

Home inspection reports are supposed to be simple and understandable and should not contain any jargon language.   Everyone, regardless of experience, knowledge, age, gender, language, or culture should be able to read and understand the information in a home inspection report.
The “Gold Standard” report removes all those barriers.  Issues are described by use of icons, short text statements of key words, immediately followed by photos illustrating that specific situation.   This proprietary and copyrighted report format is not only very thorough, but also easy to understand with information that is specific and focused to the property inspected.  Just the facts without all the fluff!
