Rick Bates founded Bates Consulting, Inc. in 1987 after leaving a promising career with a Fortune 500, high-tech, energy sector, global manufacturing firm.  Three separate divisions were developed within the new corporate structure – each dedicated to focused client services.

HomeInspectors.solutions the residential inspection division for buyers and sellers of homes,

RickBates.com for remodeling consulting, home improvement coaching, mold and air quality testing and assessments,  then finally

Bates Consulting for commercial property condition and environmental assessments were all designed for successful client outcomes.
