FAQ

Your most common questions are answered here

Yes you may. We only accept local checks with a valid form of  ID and you must be present at the inspection site at the end of the 3-hour window.

When you schedule an inspection here on our website, it is optional to pay with a credit card but your card won’t get charged until the morning of your inspection. We do it like this just in case there’s a cancellation during the time you booked and the day of your inspection.

It is not necessary to be present during the home inspection. In fact, we prefer not so we can focus on our work. However, what most people do is meet with the inspector towards the end of the 3-hour inspection period so the inspector can go over the findings with you in person and will answer any of your questions. You will still get a written report sent to you by email, as well that contains photos of the problem areas.

If you can’t meet with the inspector that day, you will receive the results of the inspection within one day by email and you may call the inspector if there is something that you need to talk about.
