3 hours onsite with one of our NYS Licensed & highly experienced home inspectors investigating all systems throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Followed by 3 hours of additional time back in the office compiling the data and creating the exclusive Gold Standard Report. The 300+ photos are reviewed on our exclusive computer graphics systems custom built to our proprietary configuration. All inspection photos provided through the cloud utility Dropbox at no additional charge. They can be downloaded and shared at client discretion. The photos are a great way to remember all the details about your new home while you are waiting to take possession.
- Gold Standard Home Inspection - Single Family - Over 3,000 square feet of finished space$595 and upFor each additional 1,000 square feet of finished space above 3,000sf, the price increases incrementally by $100 as does the time involved both on-site and back in the office to compile the field data and review the significant number of photos.
